The secret-ballot vote by the Assembly of States Parties, the court's 125-member governing body, requires an absolute majority of 63 votes to pass.Khan's legal team says the process has violated his right to a fair hearing, and lawyers were denied accreditation to attend the session, barred from presenting a defence, and prevented from addressing member states before the vote.
