The admission, which corroborates Pakistan's long-standing allegations of foreign interference, comes as Islamabad releases new evidence implicating New Delhi in a sustained campaign of hybrid warfare involving Afghan nationals and sophisticated media propaganda.

The Admission of RAW's Hand

The Indian journalist declared unequivocally that India was behind the assault on the judicial complex in the federal capital. An attack that left 12 innocent civilians martyred and over two dozen injured .

Kaul further alleged that the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) has systematically weaponized Afghan soil, employing Afghan nationals and other proxy elements to execute terrorist operations within Pakistani territory. This admission validates the recent findings of Pakistan's security apparatus, which identified the suicide bomber as an Afghan national who neither spoke local languages nor understood the national currency .

Official sources confirm that the bomber did not act alone. Counter-terrorism authorities have since arrested seven facilitators linked to the attack, including handlers operating from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa .

'Dhurandhar': A Cinematic Confession of State Terrorism

Perhaps the most damning piece of evidence against India's aggressive posture is the Bollywood blockbuster Dhurandhar.

Released globally in December 2025, the film-starring Ranveer Singh-narrates the story of an Indian spy infiltrating Pakistan's Lyari district to dismantle "terror networks." However, Pakistani security analysts and political leaders have labeled the movie a cinematic blueprint of Indian-sponsored terrorism against Pakistan .

Rather than condemning terrorism, the film glorifies Indian interference in Pakistan's sovereign affairs. The movie explicitly depicts how Indian intelligence agencies fund, arm, and utilize militant groups to destabilize Pakistan from within.

The Indian media itself has reported massive interest in the film within Pakistan, with over 2 million illegal downloads occurring within the first two weeks of its release . Pakistani officials note that the ISI has failed to control the digital spread of the film, which is being viewed as a "psychological win" for India despite the official ban .

Pakistan Strikes Back at the United Nations

In the wake of these exposures, Pakistan has doubled down on its diplomatic offensive. Speaking at the United Nations General Assembly, Pakistani diplomat Mohammad Rashid officially branded India a "sponsor of terrorism."

"India is operating a covert, cross-border terrorist network, using proxy elements to carry out terrorist activities within Pakistan," Rashid declared, citing the arrest of serving RAW agent Kulbhushan Jadhav as living proof of Indian machinations .

The diplomat also referenced the Pahalgam false-flag operation, alleging that India uses staged attacks to justify aggression against Pakistan, including the military confrontation in May 2025 which resulted in the martyrdom of 54 Pakistani civilians .

Military Confirmation of Afghan Proxies

The military's media wing has also weighed in heavily on the narrative. DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry recently confirmed that clear and credible evidence exists proving the involvement of illegal Afghan nationals in terrorism, directly linking them to Indian handlers.

"There is credible evidence of serving Indian army officers' involvement in terrorist activities in Pakistan," the DG ISPR stated, adding that American weapons left behind in Afghanistan are now being funneled to these proxy groups to target Pakistani security forces .

The Battle of Narratives

While India scrambles to defend Dhurandhar as mere entertainment, the Sindh provincial government has announced a counter-film, Mera Lyari, to show the "true face" of the district as a hub of peace and culture-not the den of terrorism depicted in the Bollywood film .

However, analysts warn that India's use of cinema to spread nationalist propaganda is a dangerous escalation.

"The movie chooses to project Karachi not as a city with rich history, but as a mere centre of terrorism," wrote an independent researcher from the National Defence University, Islamabad. "This erases the frontline role that Pakistan has been playing in its effort to combat terrorism, reducing a country with resilience and sacrifice into a villain to serve cinematic effect" .

As the region teeters on the edge, Pakistan maintains that it is in a "state of war" not just with non-state actors, but with a hostile neighbor determined to use every tool-from bombs to box office hits-to breach its sovereignty.
