However, a thorough fact-check reveals that all three images circulating as supposed evidence are completely unrelated and recycled from other incidents. The overturned military vehicle photo is from May 3, 2025, when a routine patrol vehicle near Gwadar lost control and overturned—no attack involved. The burnt bus image is from a tragic accident in Afghanistan on August 20, 2025, where a passenger bus carrying Afghan migrants returning from Iran caught fire after a crash; the left-side driver position confirms it is not a Pakistani vehicle (Pakistan uses right-hand drive). The third image of a military jeep is from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, not Balochistan, and predates any Mastung incident. This deliberate recycling of old and unrelated visuals aims to inflate casualty figures, stoke regional tensions, and undermine Pakistan's security record.
