EU Foreign Policy chief Kaja Kallas says Irans attacks on ships near the Strait of Hormuz violate its commitments under the memorandum of understanding, calling its attacks on Bahrain and Kuwait unacceptable and adding that EU foreign ministers will meet Gulf counterparts next Monday to discuss implementing the agreement and preserving freedom of navigation.
