According to CTD officials, the investigation has uncovered critical evidence pointing to cross-border facilitation of terrorism, with Afghanistan once again serving as a launchpad for attacks inside Pakistan - allegedly on the orders of Indian intelligence agencies.

Afghan National Among Attackers

Security sources confirmed that one of the terrorists involved in the attack on the Rangers installation was an Afghan national, highlighting the growing nexus between militant groups operating from Afghan soil and their handlers across the border.

The revelation adds to a growing body of evidence that Afghanistan continues to serve as a sanctuary for terrorist groups targeting Pakistan, including the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Fitna al-Hindustan (Indian-backed BLA).
