This is not a failure of fact-checking; it is a choice. By refusing to name these banned organizations, the BBC denies the Pakistani public the full truth and instead serves the psychological warfare objectives of the terrorists: eroding trust in the state, fostering fear, and delegitimizing the military’s efforts.
